3. Check with others or a staff member to see if a map has been "blacked out."
4. Recall a moment in which you violated one of the rules.
Why doesn't my installation work?
There's a possibility that your download is corrupted. Use a download manager such as FreeDownloadManager & use the Nocebo HTTP mirror. This will not only smoothly download the client, but make your download faster!
Black screen!?
First thing to do: DO NOT PANIC! Check if there's maintenance running. Check to see if other players are having the same issue--if they are, inform a staff member & be patient until we are available to fix it.
How do I change the resolution of my game?
Run the CelestiaLuna patcher. At the bottom-left of the patcher's window, there's a wrench. Click the wrench that will open up the options window. Adjust the options to your liking & then click "Ok."
If you want to switch to fullscreen, make sure the resolution is set to 1024 x 768!
Why am I disconnecting so much?
1. Check if your internet is stable.
2. If you're playing a Rogue class, you may experience some lag/disconnections. Avoid using normal attacks & the problem eventually goes away.
3. Try turning your effects off. When you log onto your character, press O to open the options window. Click on the Videow tab. For Graphic Contion & View Effect, set them to Minimum Option & Minimum Setting.
I teleported to a map & now I am stuck some place where I can't move! What do I do?
If you've warped to a map & appear to be somewhere random, press ESC on your keyboard & select "Reconnect to Safety Zone."
How do I get Item Mall items without a credit card?
1. We only offer Paypal as an option of donating. If you have a bank account, Paypal will allow you to link your Paypal & bank account, giving you the ability to donate.
2. Get a Green Dot card & use it to sign up to Paypal.

It has been 12 hours, why can't I vote?
The vote system checks both account and IP address, this means if someone has already voted from your IP address you will not be able to vote.
